Ashley Elzerman is a Board Certified Veterinary Behaviorist who graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. She recently completed her 3-year ACVB behavior residency training program at Oakland Veterinary Referral Services under the mentorship of Theresa DePorter, DVM, DACVB, DECAWBM. Prior to her residency, Dr. Elzerman worked in general practice in Midland, MI for 7 years.

 

Dr. Elzerman enjoys advocating for low stress handling and compassionate care. She completed Sophia Yin’s Low Stress Handling Certification Silver Course and is Fear Free Level Three certified.
